DataMills provides email support that can be initiated by sending an email to support@datamills.com

Then the email support request is evaluated and dispatched accordingly to the most appropriate person to handle it.

In most of the times the problems are solved using email communication, but if DataMills determines that it seems to be too problematic for email correspondence, we will call you back, or coordinate a support call back to gather some more details, and sometime even offer to take a remote control of your computer.

When sending your support request, please send a detailed message describing the problem and your environment.

Support request can also be initiated by filling the Contact Us form, and describing the problem in the free text area.
